I am currently enrolled at Tusculum College majoring in Elementary Education. Other schools I have attended include the University of Tennessee and Roane State Community College. I am currently completing practicum hours at La Follette Elementary School. By the time I graduate, I will have accumulated over 200 hours of in class experience. I begin student teaching in the spring of 2010. I will graduate with certification to teach kindergarten through sixth grade in May of 2010. Ultimately, I would like to teach fifth or sixth grade.
My husband and I recently married on June 7, 2008. Our home is in the small town of Jacksboro, Tennessee. I work at Powell Clinch Utility District in Anderson County.
